Pallet And Carton Definitions


Full Pallet

Maximum weight: 1250 kgs
Base: 1.2m x 1.2m (or 1m x 1.4m)
Height: 2m
Pallets over these criteria can be carried but will be charged as two or more pallets or half pallets as appropriate.

Half Pallet

Maximum weight: 500 kgs
Base: 1.2m x 1.2m
Height: 1m
Half pallets must be stackable or can be up to 2m if base is less than 0.6 sq. metres.
Pallets over these criteria can be carried but will be charged as two or more pallets as appropriate.

Quarter Pallet Skid

Maximum weight: 250 kgs
Base: 1.2m x 1.2m
Height: 0.6m
Quarter pallets must be stackable

Cartons

We carry cartons as consignments of 1, 2-3, and 4-6 cartons.
7 cartons or more would be treated as a half or full pallet depending on size and weight.
No carton can weigh more than 25 kilos, or be on average more than 0.14 cubic metres, i.e. 1-3 cartons max: 0.42cbm, 4-6 cartons: 0.84cbm.
