The Pallet Network Ltd opened for business on June 8th 2004 in Northwest Business Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. TPN is a wholly Irish-owned company operating a close partnership with TPN UK, and was created out of the need for an improved nationwide overnight delivery service for palletised cargo.
The growth has been exceptional from 50,000 pallets moving through the hub in 2004 to a projected 1,000,000 pallets in 2022. It has already outgrown two sites, and is now operating in a purpose built 150,000 sq. ft. facility on 8 acres. The Pallet Network now boasts 25 member transport companies who handle 3,000 pallets per night for network delivery. In 2018, TPN built a 75,000 square ft fulfilment centre where customers can avail of complete supply chain services; handling inbound container, storage, pick n pack and onward distribution via TPN.
In June 2008 TPN achieved, through NSAI, ISO9001 certification for both the central hub and all its member depots and the ISO certification has been maintained to the present day. TPN is the only pallet network in Ireland that has earned ISO standard quality approval for all its locations.
In 2009, The Pallet Network was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards, based on its exceptional performance and growth.
