IRHA President Eoin Gavin and TPN Chairman Owen Cooke were today asked for reaction to the changes made in the budget by RTE. Eion Gavin commented” the increase in carbon tax will drive hauliers to refuel abroad in countries like Belgium where Diesel prices are now 12 cent cheaper”.
